12×16 pastel. Lynda and I went to Yellowstone this summer. We climbed Mt. Washburn, yes, Mt. Washburn. As we were coming back down these wild mountain sheep were in the path right on the trail and wouldn’t move. We had a stare down for 15 minutes then I slowly went by first being quiet then Lynda followed, it was exciting. Only about 5 feet away! After I got back home I painted these with my new pastels, 3rd one I had ever done. Look for the spirits in the trees.
